Provisioning times will depend on the network delivery technology utilised by NBN Co, provisioning times will be outlined by our service provisioning team on acceptance of the service order. No internal premise cabling is included with any NBN service and is the customers responsibility, should cabling be required.

2. NBN service additional charges: It outlines additional charges that may be applicable with installation and support of NBN services. Our service provisioning team will confirm in writing prior to installation or onsite support the additional charges required, should they be applicable to your NBN service, before proceeding.
